I have revised the site plan to include my plaza design at the intersection. It will be a 24" sunken plaza with rain garden retaining walls along the railway to allow for planting of tall grasses to help mask the freeway noises. The surfaces shall be a planted pervious surface for wear and filtration. Ramp access and is provided from the corner sidewalk.
Tim, looks better. The trees crowns could overlap... Please use either color or add shadows to your site plan (transparent not super black please) to clearly differentiate the elevations of the different horizontal surfaces. The elevations would profit from shadows too.
